Psalm 30:5
5 For his angera (http://www.christianforums.com/#_ftn1) endureth but a moment; in his favour is life: weeping may endure for a night, but joy cometh in the morning. (http://www.christianforums.com/#_ftn2)

All the bolded ones in the Daily Bible! ^_^

I guess I could start posting them. Oh yes, but today's Proverbs 31 Woman was excellent: "When Moses came down from Mount Sinai with the two tablets of the Testimony in his hands, he was not aware that his face was radiant because he had spoken with the LORD." Exodus 24:29 (NIV). The topic was wearing your *Jesus Bling*.

New Scripture:
Romans 10:17
"So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God."
I kind of don't understand it. What does Paul mean when he says "hearing by the word of God"? Does he mean that faith comes by hearing the word of God or something different? (http://www.christianforums.com/#_ftn1)

He may mean that the Word of God is not the Word of God until it is heard and followed. Following is faith.

My opinion on your opinion is this:
The word of God is the word of God whether or not you know it for yourself. On that note it is the responsibility of the one sent to reveal the word of God to you so that you can be changed by it..

My opinion is that you're both right! I think that most certainly whoever is teaching the word has a responsibility to teach to the best of their God given ability, and stick as close to the word as possible. I also think it is our responsibility to listen and learn the word for ourselves.

In the scripture that Kryzoz gives us for discussion, if you back up and read from verse 14 through 17, and even beyond, I think what is being taught is that we all have a responsibility to spread the gospel, and we all have a responsibility to obey the gospel.

But if the Word of God is never heard and never followed, then it is just a bunch of meaningless words.

This is a great idea, but I can't get to the website. :( I wasn't memorizing any currently, but now that the challenge has gone out, I think I'll work on Psalm 19.
