I hope alot of reports aren't generated.

Are there guidelines needed for each forum?

Probably.

For example, we might want to specify that trolling won't be tolerated, and only respectful posts will be allowed. We'll take a question like, "Why do you disagree with homosexuality?", but not, "Why do you want to kill all gays?" Or, "Why was so-and-so killed by God?", but not, "Why does your God like to murder people?"
