I don't think I'd like chocolate on my matzah balls though, matzah yes, balls, no.
Maybe make matzah balls in boiling water instead of chicken soup and then dip them in chocolate fondue??? Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

On average, chocolate does contain 80 microscopic insect fragments per 100g. The Department of Health & Human Services has determined that this amount presents no health hazard. Taken into consideration that this is an average, it is plausable that you could eat chocolate that has much more fragmentst than this, but keep in mind that chocolate covered insects and bugs are sold for the purpose of eating.

I enjoy chocolate very much.
For the longest time, my favorite was white chocolate followed closely behind by milk chocolate. As I have gotten older, my palate finds a nice dark chocolate to be scrumptious.
One of my favorite brands is Green & Black's. This is the $3.99 per bar type of stuff. There's more expensive, but I find that my taste buds are not that refined yet to tell a huge difference. I also top out at about 70% cacao.

Lindt white chocolate truffles are my favorite......I was doing a fast once, and that night I had the most vivid dream of those truffles. ^_^
I love dark chocolate.
And I've eaten a million Snickers in my day.

P.S. I would eat it in a house.
And I would eat it with a mouse.
And I would eat it with a goat.
And I would eat it on a boat.

Matzah balls - made from a mixture of matzah meal (ground up matzah) egg and oil. Mix together let sit in the fridge for a bit and then gently form into balls and drop into boiling water or chicken stock. They are sort of like dumplings. VERY yummy!!

chocolate matzah balls might look like this:
http://www.virtualchocolate.com/images/1115.jpg
and if they did I would eat them.
I wonder if you could dip them in chocolate? Hmm. I have a friend who has a fondue thingy. I will have to talk her into a fondue party and I will bring matzah balls. I will let ya'll know when it happens.
I had some chinese chicken dumpling ball things once that tasted a lot like matzah balls. The person who made them said they pound the chicken a lot to make it very very tender. It was quite yummy. But it was not chocolate.

A couple years back my sister came by when I wasn't home and was having a chocolate craving real bad. My family said there was no chocolate in the house and she didn't believe it so they let her check and she went straight to my stash.... LOL sisters think alike.
My husband was shocked, but my kids were not. I came home to my sister snacking on my stash.

Beware both of these in North America if you have a Gluten sensitivity or have Celiac Disease (as I do).
They have changed the formula in making the caramel and it now contains wheat. For the longest time I couldn't figure out why I was so foggy at work and couldn't concentrate, and when the law was going into effect about them needing to list ALL "allergens" especially wheat, I found it in June... a little late to actually have helped. :( The same went for the Amercan/Canadian version of the German candy "Riesen"...
I found that sometimes though, here in Europe, the caramel is still made from sugar. (Thank G-d for small miracles with kosher chocolate!)

LOL.
I voted "other" I am one of those chocolate freaks that could eat a whole bag of M&Ms in one sitting if I felt I wanted chocolate that badly...
I buy chocolate icecream that has chocolate chunks and chocolate swirls with two or three types of chocolate in it, then proceed to prepare it with Hershey's chocolate, chocolate sprinkles and nuts... LOL
I have actually caused people to say "That is TOO much chocolate for one person!" - and consumed it to actually want more :D
But, I also can go through long jags where if I c ould just find one Hershey's bar (plain) or Reeses' Cup package, I have a good day.
I was getting a little frustrated with the German chocolate (Milka) as of late, as it is too sugary and milky, and not enough chocolate... or if yo go the other route trying to find darker chocolate, you end up with something like Lindt's with 80% Cacao and no sugar or milk to really speak of.... ICK! :help:
My husband looked around because I was getting depressed about finding a decent chocolate to eat, and found me a hershey bar and said where he found them they have "other kinds"... YAY! Now I can find some dark chocolate, but I know for sure what my care packages from home will be. ()

This proves I'm prophetic or telepathic or something ^_^ --I was out walking this morning, and I said to myself, "I wonder if someone will bring up what dish Sam I Am was really offering."
You noticed my omission of any picture with Sam and his dish.........as you can see, I'm so hip to the happening! ^_^
