As a father of a nearly three year old, this story ate me up. Thought I'd share it.

I think it was sad to hear the number of kids that were sent to institutions cause they had a handicap. I have seen documentaries on the old style institutions & they make me want to cry. I don't see how anyone could send there kid there?
