Question about moderators & a suggestion?

First, I'm a bit confused as to who exactly are our moderators? I know Tishri is a mod, but other than that I thought that Contra was our mod as well, but maybe not anymore??? And now is Jim a mod here too? I'm a bit lost.

And if I might make a suggestion....
Wouldn't it be appropriate considering the composition of MJ'ism if on the moderator team for this section there were included:

A couple (or more) MJ's
At least 1 Jew
At least 1 Christian
This might help lead to a fair and balanced moderation staff. At least in my opinion. IMO, Contra would be a wonderful person to fill the position of "At least 1 Christian". Haha, I know I'd nominate Talmidah for the "jew" position, but I doubt she wants to deal with all that :D

If my suggestion were carried out, and a particular point came into question or fell under review, you would have some from every level/flavor of MJ'ism to provide comment.

You are suggesting that the moderating team be more of a representative council, right?

The problem with that is, that if any one group has no one willing to step up to the plate at any given time, the team will be short handed and critics could accuse it of being smitten with an "anti-such-and-such-bias" or something. Believe me, it will happen. :)

Still, not a bad idea. Very ecumenical and good spirited.

we need up to 8 staff in here....4 new Mods , 2-4 Category mods and 2 Supermods

We have 2 category mods in here now but I cant find a way to distinguish them and as soon as we get new mods in here we will promote a third category Mod as well, we have 1 super mod and you may see our floating Supermods working reports in here as well soon.....Remember our job is to make you all more comfortable as a group not to promote ourselves, so you are always represented well no matter what our beliefs are...You can help by making your wiki as clear to our Mods as you can so anyone can come in and help out if we need them too.....
