Just a note, as I was in the neighborhood and noticed that your archived reports forum (http://www.christianforums.com/f816-archived-ecumenical-reports.html) is empty. I know that we find it MUCH easier to wade through open reports, now that we move closed reports to our archives. You might want to think about checking it out for your won team processes.
