Do the special Science Forum Rules (http://www.christianforums.com/t46282) apply to the Christian-only Creation Science & Theistic Evolution forum or do only the main christianforums.com rules apply there?

No. :) Only the main Christian Forum rules apply.

If a forum does not have a "sticky post" with a listing of specialized rules in them, then there aren't any forum-specific rules to follow.
