Orphan Reports

I'm wondering about all of the Ecumenical Forums Wiki reports that are going into Orphan Reports. I'm getting automatic PMs for all of them. Shouldn't they be going just to the people listed as moderators there? And do we need to move them to Ecumenical Reports?

I've been moving the ones for the forums I moderate when I receive the PM for the reports and notice they're in the Orphan Reports forum.
