I am under the impression the Patriarch of Rome [aka Pope] is which jurisdiction you belong to.
But what I do not know...
Is how you celebrate.
Do you call the Mass a Liturgy or Mass or both...as we in the Latin Rite do?
And I know you ordain married men as priests.
Here is another question...
Do you have leavened or unleavened bread?
Just trying to get to know everyone better. :)

The Byzantine Catholics are under their own independent Patriarchs who are in communion with the Pope of Rome.
They do not celebrate the Mass, but the Divine Liturgy. The liturgy is usually not distinguishable from Eastern Orthodox Liturgy.
While they have traditionally ordained married men, there have been some complications with that in America. Latin Rite bishops often forced them to adopt Roman customs and would not allow married priests in the dioceses.
Leavened bread is used in the Eucharist, and is administered in the same was as it is in the Orthodox Church (on a spoon).

The Byzantine (ruthenian) Catholic Church is indeed very similar to the Ukrainian Greek Catholic Church (UGCC) because the word 'Greek' is used to designate the style of worship as it originated in Byzantium. Most of Mysterium_Fidei's answers apply to the UGCC as well, so I'll just explain a little more.
I am under the impression the Patriarch of Rome [aka Pope] is which jurisdiction you belong to.Sort of - the pope, as the Bishop of Rome is foremost of all bishops in all Catholic Churches. However, we have our own Metropolitan Archbishop Lubomyr Husar (the informally recognized UGC Patriarch) who we take directions from before going to the pope.

Do you call the Mass a Liturgy or Mass or both...as we in the Latin Rite do? Our main Eucharistic service is the Divine Liturgy of St. John Chrysostom. We commonly say church, liturgy, or mass. (Mass is mostly used by older parishioners whose english-language terminology was heavily influenced by the RCC.)
And I know you ordain married men as priests. Yup, although some seminaries require men to be single during formation.
Here is another question...
Do you have leavened or unleavened bread? We use leavened bread called prosphora.

Great! Thanks!
So I could recieve Communion in the Church? :)
Fascinating to know.
It is also true that Roman Catholics, although presided over by the Pope, follow their immediate Bishops of the area.
IE, he makes the calls according to Rome, and we follow him.

So I could recieve Communion in the Church? :)Are you Catholic?;) Any person in communion with the Catholic Church can receive Communion in any Catholic Church.

IE, he makes the calls according to Rome, and we follow him. I understand that. However, UGC's have even more indirect relation to the pope. After bishops, we follow our patriarch, Lubomyr Husar. Then, we follow the pope as the leader of all Catholics. Your patriarch is B16, so he fulfills more roles for you.
