Yes, I think Denom Formal Debates is unnecessary, especially since we also have Denomination-specific Theology, which is informal. And no one uses formal debate rules anyway.

I think helping the forums make rules (by wiki or not) is a priority right now. That's the pressing concern that our members are dealing with, and we won't be able to focus as much on other stuff until they have their rules settled.
