I think it's time for me to leave. I've decided that, while it might be possible to make TAW what it once was, the new changes require so much more time from the staff. I just can't justify spending so much time here. I will be doing the ole password change up thingy, so I will not be able to come back. I am sorry to see you and Rob leave. I do think though that we, the regular TAW peeps, are being disserviced if you guys are seeing things "behind the scenes" that are so bad its driving you away from the site and this board totally. I think we all deserve to know what is going on that is *that* bad. Frankly I do not want to support a site if there is something faulty at the head because the body will decay eventually.

Hope to see you at Orthopraxis. I enjoy your posts and your positive outlook. I just hate seeing these changes chase away so many Orthodox posters. Its not exactly like we have so many places on the net to turn to. :(

I am nearly headed out the door myself. I just keep thinking surely "they" will see that this is not working and make a move to reduce the chaos and to return the site to some degree of normalcy.

Feel free to nominate me. I became a staff person because I wanted to help with TAW. I never wanted to moderate other forums but reforms came and because I stood up for us in the "One True Church" battle (in the staff area) ET didn't want me on their team. (That is, one of the Admins at that time didn't.) That admin is no longer on staff and I haven't seen them even posting at CF in a while. Recovery took me becuase of my degree in Counseling Psych. But TAW is my home here at CF. I would love to moderate here.
