in this forum towards non-christians and liberals?
What rules shall we formulate towards them?

We will need some rule to regard membership.
However, I think that our rules regarding posting and debating should be based on topics, rather than on people.
For example, I would say debate and posts which question the inspiration or authority of scripture will not be allowed.
rather than saying, people who don't believe in the inspiration or authority of scripture can not post.

We should fatten them up with sweets and then cook them for dinner.

We should seek to balance Charity and Standing for the Truth.

Perhaps ...
You could require a "Libbo-suction" from Rush Limbaugh, for the long haired, tree hugging f.m. types...
followed by some John Hagee and Ken Copeland, with a touch of Jesse Duplantis

John Hagee is a Texas preacher known for end-times focus
Jesse Duplantis is a humorous Word-Of-Faith preacher
trying to identify them without expressing any prejudice

And Ken Copeland is another Word of Faith preacher, not nearly as funny as Duplantis, but he is one of the big names in that movement.

I personally enjoy Duplantis very much, Copeland not so much but parts of his message are excellent.
