Please get started on creating the rules in the Wiki section.
How about setting rules here, then C&P into a closed wiki?
That would keep us from weeks of changes and having the rules erased.

However you want to do it sounds fine to me, as long as you get some rules up.
We also need staff, so if you'd like to moderate here, let me know.

I would love to moderate here. :)
I need a base of rules to start..
Perhaps borrow from OBOB and refine it.

All core forum rules apply.
Apostolic Subforum Rules
Welcome to the Apostolic Forums. A place to discuss issues and topics relating to the the Apostolic Churches. That is, all Christians and churches who are united under the succession of the Apostles through the Bishops, priests, and Apostle representatives. Which would be Pope, Patriarchs, and other such leaders.
Non-Apostolic christians are welcome for fellowship, questions and inquiries. They may even participate in or propose debates, with the specific permission of a moderator, so all such debates can be clearly flagged to avoid confusion.
Debating the faith among Apostolic brothers and sisters is allowed and encouraged as long as it is done respectfully.

I wouldn't know where to begin as I have never moderated before, but if you need any help, send me a PM and I'll do my best :)

I invite others to C&P their particular Apostolic leader title into the highlighted slot.

Core rules (http://www.christianforums.com/t5670122)
I am unsure if that is the final draft for basic rules...
But it is what I know is available.

The way the rules are stated are far from neutral.

Here's my proposed change:
Apostolic Subforum Rules
Welcome to the Apostolic Forums. A place to discuss issues and topics relating to the the Apostolic Churches. That is, all Christians and churches who are united under the succession of the Apostles through the historic Episcopate, and united under leadership of noted Bishops and Archbishops, including the Pope, the Historic Patriarchal sees and other similar bishoprics including but not limited to Canterbury, Utretcht and others.
Discussion of the validity of any group's orders that have Bishops, Priests and Deacons, in direct Apostolic succession, is banned from this section, and will be removed by moderators.

We are not united. That is delusion.
That is, all Christians and churches whose leadership can clearly demonstrate a succession of the Apostles through the historic Episcopate.

United under the roof of 'Apostolic'.
Not to say united as we are all in one faith.
That could be reformatted,
WHICH is why input is needed.

How do you get to be a mod? What is the new system?

AS far as becoming a mod, I personally feel too many issues are at tandum.
But you can apply.
ALthough personally, I would like to see the rules modified by section vs a broad spectrum.

I think mods should be choosen for certain areas.
This is an easier way to moderate the sections and ppl will know which area they need to cover.

including the Pope, the Historic Patriarchal sees and other similar bishoprics including but not limited to Canterbury, and Utretcht.
Amazing - you are mentioning the Pope twice here. Why? He is included in the Historic Patriarchal sees. Perhaps we can make it a bit more neutral?

And also with you.
I think our friend Warrior Angel would make a fine moderator for this forum
 I will do my best...thats all I can do. Thank you very much!!

As we know the term Pope is synonymous with Bishop...so it would be comparitive to Patriarch or Bishop...but its not the person per say, but the title.
Pope Shenouda III is also a Patriarch and Bishop.
Just trying to outline each title respectively.

Because he is who our Catholic brothers and sisters identify themselves with, as you do the 4 Eastern Orthodox Patriarchal sees.
