I do genuinely feel for those who are feeling hurt by the current changes. I often really hate change myself. So, I don't want to sound *too* excited.

But for me and others like me who were not allowed to post previously, it is really a great feeling to be able to be a "full" member of the forum again, as I was in the old days. I'm excited to be back.

Now, to go and comment on every thread I've not been able to post on in the last 12 months or however long it's been.... ;)

Just kidding. :)

But...but...I'm back too.

I'm not planning to do much more than stage the occasional Alehouse coup though.

I'll believe in all the right doctrines once Anglicans can agree on all the right doctrines. :P

I do too. Ultimately i think these rules are moving the site in a good and encouraging direction but i do feel bad for people like newman99 who were working hard on forumulating new policy and were just told that it was all worthless. Then again, if it wasn't for a number of very bad decisions then i suppose Erwin wouldn't have had to institute these changes. There have been some excellent members of staff who have left though which is a terrible shame.
