In the bible ,it says the dead are judged according to what they have done on earth .

You have a man who has stolen ,commited adultery,murdered and other various sins.He is in the hospital about to die and he accepts Jesus as his savior.
What happens to him?

In other words, what i am trying to ask is does he go to Heaven or hell?

The Bible actually says more than that.

For those who persist in doing wrong, there is condemnation. Rom 2.

To everyone, the Law condemns them and states flatly: "You have done wrong" Rom 3:9-20

Those who rely on the One God sets up as a just Savior, they aren't condemned, but are declared "not guilty", by relying on Him Rom 3:21-30.

This isn't contrary to the Law, Rom 3:31 (and ... Rom 4 by illustration).

If he accepted our Lord Jesus Christ on his death bed then he is saved and all his sins are forgiven. He dies, and off he goes. What a blessing.
