The problem is, if you expel him he can set up terrorist operations elsewhere. However, if you kill him he becomes a martyr for his cause.

How about we all pray that Hashem uses Arafat for His purpose and do to Arafat as He pleases. :D

maybe we could put arafat in a room and force him to listen to Barabara Striesand for 36 hours.
