Romans 5:5:idea:
Hope does not disappoint us , because God's love has been poured into our hearts through the Holy Spirit that has been given us.
It is the last thing we think to do hope; when all around us circumstances want to squeal out its efforts . It is amazing the origin of hope when you put God into the picture. Our relationship with the Lord begins with faith. We hope that we can find refuge in his sweet love and beautiful truth. Something in this world brought us to our knees and something in us brought us to his cross. We had the faith as a child would to embrace his open hand.
We didnt want to take another step in our lives without Him. At that very moment when our spirit anticipates the floods of destruction the Holy Spirit intercedes. We are imparted with the sweet relief of his love, he so generously pours into us. There is nothing holding him back from his glorious redemption. Hope is all we could feel at the time, especially when by man's perception, we should have quit and gave in.
Faith in the unknown, hope for things not scene--sounds a little crazy. For me, I admit I have been in despair as Job felt and I have wanted to dance on the rooftops like David, wanting to proclaim my hope in Jesus Christ. I would trade my life over and over for the hope in which the Holy Spirit loves on me with.
I am but one small woman, who has had many battles and lost quite a few of them. My heart has been broken more then I can count. My past is a large stain and the garment is pretty warn. I have cried for my children as the angels have for Gods lost babes yet the existence of my faith is in the unseen hope in an all loving, God who pours his unfailing beauty into me.
Hope, I do not live or breathe today without it.
