Improved: WYSIWYG Post Editor

If you use the WYSIWYG Post Editor, you will notice that it has been redesigned. It should load up faster, and be easier to use. It should also now be compatible with other browsers as well like Mozilla.

Another major difference is that smilies are now in their own dropdown menu. :)

hmmm... it seemed nicer when all the smilies were laid out in one area. But yeah, I guess that might load slower. I couldn't tell with ADSL. I'll live with it. :)
