Do you have any of these in your church?

We have a lovely older couple that we call Mr and Mrs Yellow. They are called this because.... they dress in yellow. Scarves, shirts, blouses, trousers, skirts, brooches, ties, shoes. Sometimes there are variations like amber or golden brown or greeny-yellow. They'd prefer gold but that's more difficult to buy. Told me it's the nearest they can get to God's regal colour.
And guess what. They have a new car - a small people carrier. And it's gold!

^_^ Well I don't exactly dress like one, but my friends and I are lovable Christian eccentrics. ^_^

It's important not to draw conclusions based on how people dress. The wealthiest people I know wear blue jeans and Polo shirts.

I'm a shorts and flip flop kinda bloke - buy hey - we're all unique.

Eccentricities can cause people to make fun of the truth, and as such is not wise or loveable.

We don't need to dress-up the true gospel to make it attractive, if we do we aren't seeing it.

WE had a couple once who dressed in rainbows they were a hoot we looked forward at times to see what they would wear.

I'm eccentric...but i'm more into the black leather jackets and cargo pants and big gohtee. :)

For some I guess it is. Maybe they don't see their relationship with God as something enjoyable, but more of a chore. Pity!!
