I was told by many people that we can only get Baptism once. I was a baby when I received my baptism. But I had a Pentecostal christian tell me that christians who wish to be reborn (reaffirm their faith), then they must undergoe a second baptism. My girlfriend from an anglican church disagrees with this because she relates a baptism to becoming married to God. She says if you cheat on your husband(God), then you don't need to get remarried (another Baptism) to be reconciled to Him. She said one would need to take a confirmation to reaffirm your faith and a confirmation can only happen if one has been baptised. What do you all think about this?

I think most denominations have their own doctrines on this aspect.
Here's one most here might agree with:
Mikvah (MIK-vuh) Lit. gathering. A ritual bath used for spiritual purification. It is used primarily in conversion (http://www.jewfaq.org/gentiles.htm#Conversion) rituals and after the period of sexual separation (http://www.jewfaq.org/sex.htm#Niddah) during a woman's menstrual cycles, but many Chasidim immerse themselves in the mikvah regularly for general spiritual purification.

Yes Mikvah can take place for many reasons.
I perosnally don't believe in infant baptism/mikvah. The infant is not choosing to do it and is not repenting from anything, so how can it be a spiritual rebirth.

I think one can participate in a mikvah/baptism as often as he/she is led by the L-rd. It's a ritual cleansing, like in the definition that Stone posted, so definately can be done more than once. :)

If you want the baptism of the church then I guess you already got it. :) But if you want the baptism ( Jews call this mikvah, which is a pool of living water, for spiritual and ritual cleansing) that is in the Bible such as John was giving, then you need to do it again , now as a responsible adult ( you are at or past the age of accountability) , it symbolizes, turning from sin, and making an outward statement that you are a sinner and your belief in the one that sacrificed himself for you and paid your debt for being a sinner, is done before witnesses.
I know of many who were done as babes and later as adults were immersed ( not sprinkled, as immersion also signifies dying and being reborn) and were so happy they did, they even felt so much different.
My the L-RD bless you with wisdom in this decision.
