Question: Is there an OT scripture that tells us to forgive in order to be forgiven?

Teshuvah -
I think you are asking for a mirror of the L-RDS prayer perhaps?
Forgive our sins as we forgive those who have trespassed ( sinned ) against us
I would think of Psalm 51 whereas all sins are ultimately against G-d, even if done to another, as we are created in his image.
The Torah is full of ways to 'make-up' for sinning against another,, as it was then, but Yeshua loved mercy and brought that understanding of true Teshuvah when he came.
True Teshuvah involves returning good for evil, not same for same.

Not necessarily a mirror but something that shows our receiving forgiveness relies on our being forgiving.
