I have been talking with quite a few people recently, who have decided to walk away from Jesus, and are in the process of converting to Judaism. When I asked them about their experiences, and their road to denial, the common denominator, or so they thought was the MJ Movement. When I started discussing the finer details, it turned out that it was not really Messianic Judaism that they were involved with, but more of a Gentile based situation with a lot of rabbinical stuff and Judaica that had been brought in. When I asked them what were some of the teachers that influenced them, it was always gentile Hebrew roots teachers, and not Messianic Jewish teachers. I thought that this was an interesting overview. Has anyone else seen this kind of thing happening?
