I thought we should have a thread where we can use it as our altar of prayer, where praises, conversation and requests can be made.
Hi Yeshua
We often just do not take the time to just talk and say what is on our hearts and thoughts at the moments in our life. We do need to pause more often and consider you. I am just delighted, which is a very poor word to use, to know you. Thank you for coming into my life and giving me more than I could ever even begin to thank you for let alone deserve.
I wish more people would get to know you. I have often listened to those that worry, are sorry, sad, and delusioned by their life. They need you but have no idea other than what they have been told and it just doesn't get real enough for them to "know" you.
Anyway, I have opened up this corner of this forum where others can come and just talk to you. I know that you will be here watching this thread. May you stand beside all those who post here and talk to their hearts, open their minds, and open their eears so that they may hear you and get to know you better. This is what I hope for.

Yes Lord, give us eyes to see and ears to hear. Send your truth and your spirit, pour over us afresh. Let your glory fall to break every yoke of bondage. Give us strength to run the race set before us. Use us to be a witness to your Kingdom. Tear down the walls that seperates Your Church. Let the law of Love prevail. Hear our voices from those who cry in the night.

Blessed is He knows the unspoken heart. Blessed is He who is merciful and just. Blessed is He who removes our sin when we submit to His Ways. Blessed is the Name of our G-d.

May Your glory be extolled, let Your great Name be hallowed in the world whose creation You willed. May Your kingdom soon prevail , in our own day, in our own lives, and the Life of all Israel, and let us say:amen:

To quote an old song by Russ Taff which expresses what I feel so often:"I cry, and Your the One who hears me calling. I fall so easily, but Your there to catch me. Say the words to heal me, I'm safe when I'm with You. You touch my eyes, I can see."

Hi Lord
It is me again here before you... you know the one who trips and falls over ever challenge you give her. The one who is still so weak than sin does easily beset her. I just wanted you to know I love you.

Avinu Shebashomayim, thank You for the amazing things that You are doing in my life and in my congregation. These miracles show the power of Your hand. It could not be from anything that we have done. Blessed be Your Name, HaShem, for ever and ever. Amein.

Lord, I just want to tell you that I'm sorry I cannot always see the person You see in me. I can't always accept the gift of love You give because of so many let downs on this earth. I know You are so much more than we humans can possibly even begin to understand.
I know You never turned Your back on me, even when I turned mine on You. I thank You for all the trials, even when I don't understand them at the time.
I saw You work in the life of a small child this weekend. I will never forget it Lord.
Praise to You!!

Hi again... it is me back with the ramblings of my mind. WHen my mind dwells on you, the thoughts, if I allow you to organize, truly make more sense. I find that when I dwell on them without asking for your input, they get all tangled up and convoluted to suit me, but they don't work. I have come to realise more and more just how wonderful it is to know you and to allow more and more of my heart and mind to be yours. Forgive me Lord for not letting you do the things in my life you need to do, to organize the house of prayer in my mind to be constant, in season, and without ceasing on you. I need to learn to be still and know that I am in your Holy presence. Help me to be more obedient to your Holy convictions, that I may truly live as you require. These things I ask in your name.

Avinu, I praise You and extol You. You are a crutch, You are my only hope. At the moment I think I am in over my head, and couldn't stretch far enough with a paddle to get it above water, to paddle in a straight direction. I plead for Your outstretched arm and mighty right hand to come and bring Your own glory. Amein.

:bow:
The law of the LORD is perfect, converting the soul;
The testimony of the LORD is sure, making wise the simple;
The statutes of the LORD are right, rejoicing the heart;
The commandment of the LORD is pure, enlightening the eyes;
The fear of the LORD is clean, enduring forever;
The judgments of the LORD are true and righteous altogether.
More to be desired are they than gold,
Yea, than much fine gold;
Sweeter also than honey and the honeycomb.
Moreover by them Your servant is warned,
And in keeping them there is great reward.
Who can understand his errors?
Cleanse me from secret faults.
Keep back Your servant also from presumptuous sins;
Let them not have dominion over me.
Then I shall be blameless,
And I shall be innocent of great transgression.
Let the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart be acceptable in Your sight,
O LORD, my strength and my Redeemer.

Heavenly Father, I come to You today to give you thanks. Thank You for allowing me to rise today and for the strength to do all that you put before me today.
Father we seem to have hurt feelings and misunderstandings and anger boiling over here lately, I pray that You would give us Your Peace. That those who You give wisdom to share it, and those who need to, learn it. I pray that all those here can keep everything in perspective, and that we all have our priorities straight.Which would, of course, mean putting You first above all else. That we may all remember that Your Son Y'shua died for the sins of all mankind, and that You do not wish for anyone to perish and be separated from You or Your Love. Forgive us our sins, Father, as we forgive those who sin against us. I love You, show me how to be of service to You for the furthering of Your Kingdom, according to Your good and perfect Will. Amen

Oh Lord... Was I tried and tested. I am not too sure that I did very well either. The devious spirit of inuendo and backstabbing does try the limits of patience and tolerance. I tried blowing it off as just smoke and " it too will pass" but my fellow worker was wounded from the infliction and try as I might to protect her, it was turned against me as if I was the cause. Thankful the dust had settled and everyone nodded their heads that it was just another round from the same source as all the other times.
I have to thank you Lord for helping keep common sense and level heads regarding this matter. It is hard to work in this environment on a daily basis, but you have helped me and my fellow co-workers prevail so far. I know it was in your hands that the evil spirit could not prevail and I praise you for it.
Once the reason and purpose for being in the occupation is fulfilled, open the door and let me free. I am willing to perserver and learn about strengthening my character through these trials, but Lord my heart is not in it. Either give me the heart to do that which is before me, and take away the desire to leave.
If it is your will to continue then give me the heart and passion for the people that I meet and greet every day. May I be of your service to them. May I shine a light in their dark corner that they may take a step closer to you Lord. I ask all these things in your name. Amen
