I would recommend to ask local pastors.
They usually know a lot more about their congregants than most people.

Does craigslist have a site for your area, ProdigalSeeker? I see plenty of ads on there from people who post their preferences for a roommate (smoking preference, religious affiliation etc.). It's free both to post ads and to read them; I know that roommates.com doesn't let you read the full text of ads without being a paying subscriber, but if you're willing to shell out the $5/month or so that it costs, they've definitely got the largest searchable database of people looking for rooms and roommates.

There's also christian-roommates.com; they're the first site that came up when I googled "Christian roommate," although there's no telling how much traffic their site actually gets. I couldn't find anything on the site that offered any indication, but it's at least worth a search to see if there's anything in your area.
