Why do you not agree with a statement that is straight forward and correct.

I would agree. As a Christian i have the Holy Spirit inside of me and i have Jesus intercessing constantly in heaven with the Father for me. Both Jesus in heaven and the Holy Spirit inside of me will NEVER disagree with the 66 books of Scripture. It is after this acknowledgement that i can agree with your statement. :D

I visualize a multidimentional entity that exists in all times and places at once much like the circulatory system of the universe if I see the universe as a body. That is a bit vaster than some entity that lives in a temple or tent.

Each person has his own view of what God is.
You can read all of the Scriptures, but you still need to have your own idea.
Reading a book doesn't fill in all of the details about God, it just doesn't.
Some people's God is a score-keeper, marking off sins, to see if you will burn in Hell.
My vision is a loving, patient God, who knows that I make mistakes each day, and I don't live with Love constantly in my heart ... but He Loves me anyway.
Other people have their own version of God.
A person may try to argue that everyone should believe the exact same about God, but that is silly. This is one reason that there are over 1,000 Protestant denominations. Each denomination has its own interpretation of Scripture, and so, their God is slightly different from the other denominations. This is healthy, in my mind.
