Has anybody here read this book, or any of his others? Would you recommend it/them?

I have read it, and I recommend it highly. Most people compare it to "Mere Christianity" by C.S. Lewis, and personally, I found Wright's book more meaningful.

Wright has the unique ability two very different kinds of books - books for a wide audience (such as Simply Christian), whether lay or clergy, and deep theological texts such as the excellent "Christian Origins and the Question of God" series.

Yeah, that is a fantastic book! Another I would recommend is "The Challenge of Jesus". This is a shorter breakdown of some of the stuff in "Jesus and the Victory of God". Really fascinating stuff!
