In this paragraph Jesus speaks of as a person can become a new apostle, the apostles went by own decision to all parts, if the place were not advisable, the Spirit prevented them, they preached the Gospel who previously had heard of Jesus, those that they listened to the preaching and they believed, became disciple of the Lord, understand well, DISCIPLE OF the LORD the resurrection is not a myth, is a reality, because all the one that creates has alive Jesus to be its teacher. Jesus says to it.
Also in this passage we read that the Lord accompanied to them in all time and confirmed his preaching - which says that to Jesus this alive one, if you want to serve God. believe in Jesus and its Gospel, you do not need to go to any school, Jesus will be your own teacher

Gospel
Mk 16:15-20 (http://www.nccbuscc.org/nab/bible/mark/mark16.htm#v15)

Jesus appeared to the Eleven and said to them:
“Go into the whole world
and proclaim the Gospel to every creature.
Whoever believes and is baptized will be saved;
whoever does not believe will be condemned.
These signs will accompany those who believe:
in my name they will drive out demons,
they will speak new languages.
They will pick up serpents with their hands,
and if they drink any deadly thing, it will not harm them.
They will lay hands on the sick, and they will recover.”

Then the Lord Jesus, after he spoke to them,
was taken up into heaven
and took his seat at the right hand of God.
But they went forth and preached everywhere,
while the Lord worked with them
and confirmed the word through accompanying signs.
