Court hearing...

COURT HEARING set for Thursday 1400 hours. I will be appearing in dress uniform. Assistant US Attorney indicated she would see if there was a resolution short of a hearing that could be reached. The Honorable Timothy C. Batten, Sr., leans towards entering order against Immigration Service remanding the jurisdiction back to them ordering to decide on my naturalization application immediately. Since The Immigration Service is known to deny applications when forced under such circumstances, our prayers is that Judge agrees to keep the jurisdiction and grant naturalization himself without remanding back to Immigration Service.

Please keep this event in your prayers.
