I'm new (to both CF and the faith!). It's been great poking around a bit on the forum; I've never seen so many enthusiastic Anglicans in my life! (Which is, I suppose, a bit of a sad commentary...)

Thanks for the welcome, longhair and Colabomb. I've been a Christian for a few years now, but I have only as of recent become a member of the Church of England. I learned rather quickly that one's faith cannot survive in isolation; while I had many Christian friends, I didn't belong to a community.

I have been made to feel very welcome in my home church and I have come to see what is meant by the 'Body of Christ', the 'family of God'. I feel truly blessed. :)
