a question, please?

I live down the street from an Orthodox Jewish temple. On Saturday mornings while walking the dogs, I frequently pass people walking to services. Is there a typical Sabbath greeting that might be polite or is "have a nice day" perfectly acceptable from a non-Jew? I always greet my nieghbors with an appropriate greeting on the High Holy Days and was wondering if there was something similar for Saturdays.

"Shabbat Shalom" (peaceful sabbath) seems to work well! Or "Gut Shabbos" (good sabbath) is said by some as well.
