Life in Christ:A Catholic Cathecism for Adults

Fr. Rivero of St. Francis Cabrini gave me this book.

I thought about giving it a read-over and analyse the catholic catechism.

Thoughts?

OK folks - any comments ? Well other than the obvious one about a spelling error :)

Since I can't now confess till after Pascha I may as well be good and properly in the soup.

The thread can easily be found

I will now be silent on the matter of this un-named member.

Lord and Master of my life, take from me a spirit of sloth, idle curiosity, love of power and useless chatter
Rather accord to me, your servant, a spirit of sobriety, humility, patience and love
Yes, Lord and King, grant me to see my own faults and not to condemn my brother, for you are blessed to the ages of ages. Amen..

Sometimes you have to just shake your head and go on. All we can do is pray for him as he persistently refuses advice and instruction.

On a completely unrelated note:

Anhelyna, I just sounded your name out. Mine is "Angeline" (pronounced with a long "i"), which is derived from "Angelina." Neat!

Wow! During Great Lent, one should stick to reading edifying Orthodox reading materials.

Hmm, I haven't been to the other forum yet, but I can already guess who asked.

I have nothing to say, just Lord have mercy on us!

May God direct our thoughts and actions for His Glory, as we are approaching Holy Week.

God bless,
