Planned Parenthood Launches 'Pill Patrol' Campaign
(CNSNews.com) - Planned Parenthood, the nation's largest abortion provider, has launched a "pill patrol" campaign to make sure emergency contraception is available in every neighborhood in America. .... Planned Parenthood complains that not all pharmacies are stocking the drug.

Pray for pro-life pharmacists who may lose their jobs over Planned Parenthood's secret telephone agents who will solicit the names of pharmacists who do not provide abortifacient EC pills.

But Planned Parenthood complains that not all pharmacies are stocking the drug.
Good! :)
I am now more convinced that as our society becomes more "enlightened", the lack of accountability shall grow like a plague.

And what do our charmers plan to do if a pharmacist does not stock the "morning after" pill?

Pharmacists who refuse to supply the EC pills will be subjected to whatever 'terrorist tactics' the Planned Parenthood goon squads want to employ. And all this at taxpayer expense.
Many pharmacists have buckled under this type of coersion. We must pray for the few pharmacists who have the guts to stand up for their faith and refuse to issue drugs that can kill the unborn.

Well this just proves again that Planned Parenthood is totalitarian, anti-capitalist and anti-freedom, and betrays the hypocritical nature of their advocacy for "choice". They think they have some sort of inherent right to force private businesses to stock and sell products of their choice, regardless of ethical or even business considerations. Beyond the preservation of pharmacists consciences, what if some pharmacies can't profit from this product? Should they be legally forced to stock it at a loss anyway? What would happen if it were later found that this drug produces serious side-effects on the women? Would Planned Parenthood pick up the tab for the malpractice litigation that follows? Somehow in that case I picture PP on the front line calling for pharmacists blood.
The real nature of the hypocrisy is exposed by simply noting that if Planned Parenthood were really determined to ensure women have access to this drug, then they are currently within their rights to hire pharmacists to staff their clinics. But of course then they would have to actually pay the extra $150K per clinic per year in salary and overhead rather than trying to force other businesses to pay for it.
This is just a big shakedown by the PP Mafia.

Planned Parenthood isn't exactly concerned with the health and well-being of women. If they were, they wouldn't have anything to do with providing abortions for women (and many of the babies killed are female, you know). Abortion is not the safe and simple procedure that the "industry" likes to pretend it is. Not only can there be very serious long term physical effects from abortion (like infertility and reproductive cancers), but also long term psychological effects. PP could care less about that.

Reminds me of some of the really insane things that go on back home.

I completely agree Elizaveta. Thank you for extending of my point that PP's agenda is purely self-serving and hypocritical and has nothing to do with "women's health".
