You forgot to warn her about the geocentrists. (I actually don't know if I believe in it anymore, I need to know if I need to full out reject relativity, because if I do, then this is not a position for me. As relativity is assumed to create nuclear generators.)

Well technically I should only warn her about the geocentrist, since you're the only one on the Baptist forum. But I hope that my constant poking and prodding has caused you to give up that insane belief (actually I don't care who's responsible so long as you've given it up).

BTW if you reject general relativity, then you'd better not use the GPS system. Without Einstein's theory of general relativity, GPS would only be able to locate your position with an accuracy of several kilometers. As it stands, GPS does a far better job than that. Nuclear reactors, however, do not make direct reference to the general theory of relativity. You don't understand general relativity, but you shouldn't feel bad about that, since this is first year graduate level physics we're talking about.

Sorry Richard, but disbelief in science just doesn't work...ever.

I am new and I am also a Baptist. We lost everything in the June 2006 flood and had to move so we are still looking for a new home church in our area. So this is nice,to have fellowship even online.
