This certainly is rather strange. Normally I'd dismiss these people as a fringe group, but I admit that it's just a bit unnerving to see that he has so many followers. In any case, it's important to keep in mind that religious cults are a dime a dozen. I'm sure there are others who claim to be the antichrist, who have yet to run into CNN.

I know that you don't appreciate that I remind you of this in virtually every thread that you post. But it would help the cause of the Gospel just as much if you stopped trying to convince them that the earth is the center of the universe. When you teach absurd doctrines like geocentrism, people in the creation/evolution forum will laugh at you. More than that, they will dismiss the Gospel because they will believe that it is just as laughable as geocentrism. If you really believe the Bible, then you should meditate on the Scripture concerning good trees and bad fruit.

Oh course, the old miss interpretation of scripture rutien. How many false prophets and wolves in sheep clothing try and use that one? Not to mention that IT CAN'T BE. These people always lack common knowledge. They know people are stupid now adays, but there can not be a miss interpretation of an ENTIRE VERSE. One word changes the whole meaning of the verses, and if you replace the word he wants you to replace, the verses don't even MAKE SENSE. And yet people are follwing him, and would argue to the death no doubt. It's sad, frustrating, and such, because we want them to open their eyes so badly. If we didn't care so much, we wouldn't even be bothered by such a thing. It's sad, and this guy is a loon no doubt. Or is he? I am sure he has made a lot of money, but what does it profit if he gains the whole world? There will be MANY people that come saying he is the Christ. Looks like they're still coming.

Lack the common knowledge, common faith, mutual faith more like it. We are all to have the same mind as Christ, (that is why ecemunism and emergent church is so false.) Like sheep to the slaughter we go into these stupid and vain teachings instead of going to God. I will admitt, that in my former years i saw the pastor as a sort of icon or holy man. Nowadays hes neither my pastor preist father or deacon, etc. but just my brother:amen:
