I know of some German Baptists (they have many anabaptist characteristics) that are Saturday "sabbath" folks, but I don't know of any regulars here that are.

7th day Baptists

But the Anabaptist movement has had a good history of Torah observance from way back.

One of our early attempts was New Zion back in like 1575?

Just remember that being sabatarian and even as I am Torah observant does not make you less anabaptist. Though I will say the whole pork thing can be problimatic at church meals in PA dutch country but hey there you go

"German Baptists" are anabaptists.

The name originates from the southern Ohio/Kentucky region, where there were a lot of baptists but not many mennonites. People started using the term German Baptist to differentiate them from Southern Baptist, Freewill Baptist, etc. and because they thought "Anabaptist" was the German word for Baptist.

The German Baptists of today mix conservative doctrine with modern living. I worked with many German Baptists when I lived in the Dayton area.

Got the scoop; there is a group called the "Seventh Day German Baptist Brethren". And I doubt they have a web site...this Church of the Brethren link might be of help.

I saw one downtown (tulsa)

it was so cool - he said that nothing I or anyone else said convinced him, but that G+D (YAHWEH) Himself had made this known to him

and (not surprising anymore)

that once he accepted what Scripture says about Sabbath

many other Scriptures were 'open' to him that he never understood before.
