Hi,
I am running a small test.
I have 4 questions for you if you don’t mind answer them.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
What Church denomination are you?
If you died right now would you go to heaven?
If you died and God asked “Why should I let you into my Heaven” what would your answer be?
If two identical twins were playing basketball and suddenly they both died, one goes to heaven and the other to hell. Why is it one goes to hell and not the other?

What Church denomination are you? I consider muself a fundamental Christian and attend an independant church.
If you died right now would you go to heaven? Absolutly!
If you died and God asked “Why should I let you into my Heaven” what would your answer be? He wouldn't have to ask of course, because the answer would be apparent; the blood of Christ clensed all my sin.
If two identical twins were playing basketball and suddenly they both died, one goes to heaven and the other to hell. Why is it one goes to hell and not the other?[/quote]Because one is born again, and the other is not. Though as a mom of twins I find that illustration disturbing.

Hi,
I am running a small test.
I have 4 questions for you if you don’t mind answer them.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
What Church denomination are you? Southern Baptist Convention affiliated church
If you died right now would you go to heaven? Yes
If you died and God asked “Why should I let you into my Heaven” what would your answer be? Because I accepted the substitutionary attonement of Jesus for my sins and was born again at that moment. (But He wouldn't have to ask. He already knows:) )
If two identical twins were playing basketball and suddenly they both died, one goes to heaven and the other to hell. Why is it one goes to hell and not the other? Because one accepted the substitutionary attonement of Jesus for his sins and was born again. The other didn't.

What Church denomination are you?
Southern Baptist
If you died right now would you go to heaven?
Yes
If you died and God asked “Why should I let you into my Heaven” what would your answer be?
I am not worthy at all. Father. I am a sinner, and have done terrible things in my life, just like everyone else that has ever lived (except Your Son, and my Messiah). And, I thank You, God, for promising me entrance into Heaven in Your Word provided I believed in Jesus as my Messiah and confessed with my mouth that He is Lord. Thank you, God.
If two identical twins were playing basketball and suddenly they both died, one goes to heaven and the other to hell. Why is it one goes to hell and not the other?
One had a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and went to Heaven. The other did not accept Jesus as Messiah and the free gift of redemption for his/her sins. Thus, the other went to Hell.

What Church denomination are you?
Catholic
If you died right now would you go to heaven?
I don't know but I hope so.
If you died and God asked “Why should I let you into my Heaven” what would your answer be?
I would probably ask for His mercy, tell Him that I am undeserving of such a reward and tell Him that there is no reason other than His own wanting for me to be there that I should be let in. He is God after all, I can't think of any good reasons why He should do anything.
If two identical twins were playing basketball and suddenly they both died, one goes to heaven and the other to hell. Why is it one goes to hell and not the other?
I dunno. Probably because one rejected Jesus and the other accepted him and followed him. Ask God. Maybe God was mad at one of them for missing a layup that was so easy as to be unforgivable to miss.

If two identical twins were playing basketball and suddenly they both died, one goes to heaven and the other to hell. Why is it one goes to hell and not the other?
Sounds interesting. I'll respond.
1. My church is part of the Baptist General Conference.
2. Yes
3. If a fellow mortal asked why I should go to heaven, I would say that my only appeal is to the cross of Jesus Christ. But if Christ himself were asking, my response would simply be, "Lord have mercy."
4. A person goes to hell because he failed to believe in Christ as the wisdom and power of God, and because he did not trust Christ for the forgiveness of sin. Therefore, one's failure to believe in Jesus is the only reason that one would be condemned to hell.

What Church denomination are you?
Answer: Baptist.
If you died right now would you go to Heaven?
Answer: I would go to Heaven because I have accepted God's gift of salvation through Jesus Christ.
If you died and God asked “Why should I let you into my Heaven” what would your answer be?
Answer: My answer would be that I'm not worthy and I'm a sinner, but ask God to have mercy on me because I accepted His gift of salvation through Jesus Christ.
If two identical twins were playing basketball and suddenly they both died, one goes to Heaven and the other to Hell. Why is it one goes to Hell and not the other?
Answer: The twin that went to Heaven accepted Christ as his personal Savior and the other twin didn't.

What Church denomination are you?
Protestant > Baptist > Cooperative Baptist
If you died right now would you go to heaven?
Noone here has any right to say that they're guarenteed to get into heaven, because that's ultimately God's decision. However, I accept Christ as my saviour.
If you died and God asked “Why should I let you into my Heaven” what would your answer be?
"You shouldn't. That's why my whole religion got started."
If two identical twins were playing basketball and suddenly they both died, one goes to heaven and the other to hell. Why is it one goes to hell and not the other?
Our physical forms have nothing at all to do with salvation. One twin obviously had faith, another didn't.

1. Southern Baptist Denomination
2. I can't go to heaven on my own unless I accept Christ as my Savior & Lord and know that He died on the cross for our sins and to save us from eternal separation from God
3. Because I am a sinner but even though I need to die for my sins on the cross, Christ paid that in full on the cross for us despite being perfect and sinless
4. One had Christ as Savior & Lord while the other didn't sadly.:sigh:

What Church denomination are you?Southern Baptist
If you died right now would you go to heaven?Absolutely!
If you died and God asked “Why should I let you into my Heaven” what would your answer be?He wouldn't have to ask. But my answer, if the question was put, has to be: "You shouldn't. Not on my merits, because I have none. But I have trusted in the death and resurrection -- the shed blood -- of Jesus Christ to pay the penalty for my sins."
If two identical twins were playing basketball and suddenly they both died, one goes to heaven and the other to hell. Why is it one goes to hell and not the other?Obviously, the one in hell did not trust in the shed blood of Jesus for his/her salvation. The one in heaven did so trust.
Any other questions?

Hi,
What Church denomination are you?
Christian and Missionary Alliance.
If you died right now would you go to heaven?
I believe in the resurrection of the dead and the life of the world to come in perfect communion with God; whether this is "heaven when I die" or not I do not know. But ultimately, yes, sort of.
If you died and God asked “Why should I let you into my Heaven” what would your answer be?
"That is for You to answer, not me." Assuming, of course, that I would be capable of coherent speech in the presence of God.
If two identical twins were playing basketball and suddenly they both died, one goes to heaven and the other to hell. Why is it one goes to hell and not the other?
Salvation is not genetic. It is by grace through faith: the grace of God and His faithfulness (especially as demonstrated through His incarnation, death, and resurrection as Jesus), and our saving trust in and faithfulness to Him.

Yes.
If you died and God asked “Why should I let you into my Heaven” what would your answer be?
That your son has paid my way in full. But my namme is in the Lambs Book of Life so He won't have to ask.
If two identical twins were playing basketball and suddenly they both died, one goes to heaven and the other to hell. Why is it one goes to hell and not the other?
Because one accepted Jesus Christ as their personal Savior and the other didn't

If you died right now would you go to heaven?
Yep!
If you died and God asked “Why should I let you into my Heaven” what would your answer be?
My name's written in the Lamb's Book of Life, so he wouldn't have to ask. He already knows that His Son paid my debts.
If two identical twins were playing basketball and suddenly they both died, one goes to heaven and the other to hell. Why is it one goes to hell and not the other?
One was saved; one was not.

I am Independent Baptist.
I would say that I don't deserve it, but I had been purchased by Christ, and adopted into the kingdom.
One goes to hell because he never accepted the gift of salvation. One goes to heaven because he did accept the gift. It is a simple transaction, but as in any other transaction, it must be two-sided. One offers. The other accepts or rejects.

What Church denomination are you?
Baptist
If you died right now would you go to heaven?
Yep
If you died and God asked “Why should I let you into my Heaven” what would your answer be?
Because you said that if I put my complete faith in Christ, repented of my sins, etc. then I was promised to have eternal life with you in Heaven.
If two identical twins were playing basketball and suddenly they both died, one goes to heaven and the other to hell. Why is it one goes to hell and not the other?
The one that went to Heaven must have put his faith in Christ, repented of his sins, etc. The other must have rejected Christ.
See above.

1) X Southern Baptist, Assemblies of God
2) Yes
3) Because of Jesus and His shed blood on the Cross
4) One thought he was once saved always saved and did not continue in his faith in Jesus. The other new he had to continue in faith in Jesus.

1. IFB
2. Yes
3. I should go to heaven, not because of my own works, but because of the works of Jesus. He paid for my sins and made me righteous. This is something I would have never been able to do on my own.
4. The one going to hell probably thought he was good enough to get into Heaven on his own. He didn't humble himself and repent, trusting in Jesus alone for his salvation.

If you died and God asked “Why should I let you into my Heaven” what would your answer be? Because Christ died for my sins.
If two identical twins were playing basketball and suddenly they both died, one goes to heaven and the other to hell. Why is it one goes to hell and not the other? Just because they are identical twins does not mean they both are saved.

What Church denomination are you?
Baptist.
If you died right now would you go to heaven?
Yes.
If you died and God asked “Why should I let you into my Heaven” what would your answer be?
I would answer in the words of the great old hymn, "Nothing in my hand I bring/Simply to Thy cross I cling."
If two identical twins were playing basketball and suddenly they both died, one goes to heaven and the other to hell. Why is it one goes to hell and not the other?
The only Biblical conclusion is that one repented and put his faith in Christ and His vicarious death on our behalf.
