hey ya'll

I know I'm a bum for not visiting more often but life got really crazy from last May until now. I get a short breather and it starts again...

What have I been doing? Glad you asked! ;)

It is more than I can type without getting carpal tunnel but I did put a short testimony up here (http://www.tedpearce.com/robonewz/)

I have found the best church in the world. They think hebraicly and are brave about their love for Israel and the jewish people...and they are in Germany.

The music team has become my band because all they do is messianic music and already know all my songs. They played with me at Poorman Auditorium for 3 nights at the Messiah Conference. Everyone in attendance was blessed beyond belief.

Last October we went to the city square of Tuebingen Germany where the college kids hold their protests and the Pastor declared that the only hope for Germany is the King of the Jews and then they lifted the Israeli flag high in the center of the square and surrounded it with the flags of the nations...and then the nations bowed. This is a VERY brave thing to do in a city that kicked the jews out in 1477

Just yesterday they sent some photos of how they celebrated Hanukah in that same city square last month.

click here (http://www.freshbread.de/cms/index.php?id=14&tx_gooffotoboek_pi1[fid]=1&tx_gooffotoboek_pi1[func]=thumb&cHash=92e977ead5) to see it....

So...anyway....

These brave saints are taking a March of Life to commemorate the "Death March to Dachau" this coming April 12-16, 2007. Rose Price will be our featured guest speaker

I am BEGGING you all to consider joining us on this walk. At least have your congregation consider sponsoring someone to represent them. Hopefully a youth who needs a good kick in the keister to change their life.

We will be sectioning it into 20km (apprx 14 miles) pieces and you can walk one piece or all of the way...

PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE spread the word!!! Send this link (http://www.tedpearce.com/robonewz/) to everyone you know

Now is the time to stand against the black smoke covering Europe because where Germany goes, Europe goes. Where Europe goes, so does the western world.

Thank you and shalom!

That sure sounds like a worthwhile cause, I couldn't go because I would probably fall the first meter or so from all the tears in my eyes. But have you thought of emailing all the congregations you have been too with this information? I see by your website you visit a lot of churches and Messianic congregations. I hope you will share some pictures of this.

This is right after Passover, will you be spending Passover in Germany?

Also I think you meant to say, Rose Price. She is a lovely lady, I met her once, she is a holocaust survivor for those who don't know. :)

Thanks Ani...oops. Yeah, Rose Price (I corrected that) is a wonderful and feisty lady!

She spoke at a stadium in Berlin in 1981 and because of that Munich has forbid her from every going there. Since Dachau is a suburb of Munich, she will probably speak at the beginning of the walk instead of the end...but who knows? God can cause favor to happen.

I posted a few songs done live with this church last May and there is also a sneak peek at a song called "The Forgotten People" being released from Dachau (And later released in America May 1) click here (http://www.soundclick.com/bands/pagemusic.cfm?bandID=145231)

Listen to what the German pastor says at the end of the song.

This isn't the finished version yet...but I will get to perform it at the National Religious Broadcasters convention in Orlando at the largest conference for christian media people next month.
:prayer: for your influence and witness at that convention!

Yod,

Munich & Bavaria; I find is quite a mystery to me. I will have to do more history reading and research on it; but they get to have special laws as they are an autonomous area of Germany and have been for some time now.

I'll plan on being there next year if at all possible.

I am finding more and more interesting reasons that I am going to Germany and turns of faith that look like my being there is not """Coincidence""". :)

Keep up the good work and if you're ever in the Frankfurt/Darmstadt area give us a holler via my PM box - I'll make sure you have food and shelter ;)

Iiiiiincredible. That is all I can say. The L-rd is amazing and we live in amazing times (only by His grace, of course.) .... You have me deep in silent thought as my heart is quiet before the L-rd.

Thank you for sharing that with us (to Yod)
And thank You for sharing that with us.

Galilee of the Nations produced a DVD video for that song.

Wow....I'm stunned watching it. Yochanan ben Yehudah played it for the staff of Sony/BMG/Provident and they were speechless.

It is a hard hitting 6 minute documentary of the Holocaust that ties it into today by comparing scenes of Hitler with Hamas, the goosestepping Nazis with the goosestepping Islamo-facists.

Oh wait until you see it!!!

Once I get permission, I'll put it up under "video" at
http://www.soundclick.com/bands/pagemusic.cfm?bandID=145231

but there is a funny video from my christian rock days up there now...

Kalinit is talking about the "Forgotten People" video which has only been shown for the first time a week ago at Baruch HaShem Dallas and then again yesterday at Eitz Chaim in Richardson.

I think it's going to accomplish much for the Kingdom if the early screenings are any indication.

But Tishri is referring to a very old video of a christian rock band I was in...completely different subject and time.

This is some great encouragement. Do you know if the TOSies have had any good reports of work with other congregations on the whole within Germany?

I found this on Deutsche Welle (http://www.dw-world.de/dw/article/0,2144,2345279,00.html) today...

More than 60 years after the Holocaust, the relationship between Germans and Jews appears to be improving. A majority of Israeli and American Jews now have positive views of Germany, according to a new study.

Jewish opinions of Germany have improved dramatically when compared to a major survey done in 1991. Shortly after German reunification, Jews in Israel and the United States felt Germans continued to hold anti-Semitic beliefs and that the country was not on a stable democratic footing...

By all means it isn't exhaustive, but it shows a change in trend

Last summer i believe it was, a bunch of germans from germany went to Israel. They began a march through one of the jewish neighborhoods shouting your g-d is our g-d, and things like that. The jews started a riot. The outcome was bad. The christians dropped all the charges. There's a thread buried in here somewhere about it.

I remember one of the Israeli's that was interviewed commented something about christians trying to convert jews. They said that if the christians loved Israel and the Israeli's so much as they say, they wouldn't try to convert us, because then there wouldn't be any jews left.

My comment would be that, when they realize who the messiah is, and see who it is, they will still be Israeli's.

What is in the scripture's about Israel haveing that veil removed?

check out a "mini-sermon" from Jobst Bittner, pastor of the church that is leading this March of Life

I have put up a preview of songs from the "For Zion's Sake I Will Not Be Silent" CD which will release from Dachau on Holocaust Remembrance Day in April 2007.

I could get in big trouble for this so they will only be up for a day or two.

Yeah...and what a blessing it was to hang out with you and your church, Scott

OK ya'll

I have this song, "The Forgotten People" that I wrote about the Holocaust and it features the pastor of the German church that I have been involved with since last May. Some of you may remember the pictures and story in the blog I wrote about it.

We just shot more scenes for the video last Wednesday in Gnashville while this pastor, Jobst Bittner, was in America to visit me....but we already had most of the video done already. Those scenes we just shot have not yet been edited into this version so it doesn't have me or the pastor in it yet.

I've been showing this unfinished version at gigs for the last month but we had to wait for Steven Spielberg's Shoah Foundation to give us clearance before I could post it anywhere.

Today we got a very encouraging call from them and received clearance.

Again, this is not the finished version (I should have that up in about 10 days) but you'll get the idea. This German pastor has something important to say at the end of the song so it has been translated into english and read by the owner of my record label

This song and DVD will be released April 15th at the Dachau concentration camp for the final ceremony of an event called "March of Life"

We will be doing a 4 day prayer walk to trace the steps of the Death March to Dachau where so many jews died in 1945.

By the way....YOU are invited to join us. More info about that http://marchoflife.org (http://marchoflife.org/)
