im starting to have a new problem. God is now starting to not protect me when I sleep. Its like little by little God is answering my prayers less and less and I have no idea what to do about it. I dunno if its something im doing or not.
I used to ask God to help me when I was having some prolems, and he would help, but now he does absolutely nothing. Im also fighting off thoughts like hating and rejecting God and Christ because hes not doing anything to help. Im sure its just the demons doing that though
Also, when I ask god to tell me what I need to do or ask him what im doing wrong, I get nothing from him.
Are everyones prayers answered like this? answered few and far between?

Sometimes God has reasons for us to undergo trials. We can learn a lot about ourselves and God. I honestly believe that we'll become closer to God if we maintain our faith through these times.
I've gone through periods where it seemed as though God didn't hear me, but, little did I know, I was doing something that kept God from hearing me. I was living in sin! It's important to look at yourself and see if you have something that you're holding on to that God wouldn't appreciate (most likely a sin). If not, then get into God's Word, maybe you can find His answers there.
I'm praying for you!

well... I tried lookin at myself to see if there was a sin im holding on to..... couldnt think of one. Then a little voice in my head told me that God might be disciplining me.

Dude your going to have nightmares, that's part of life. If you are having nightmares, it's NOT because God isn't protecting you. What kind of things do these demons make you do?

trust me. its from the demons. and Id really rather not say what it is they are doing.
So I ask again... are everyones prayers answered rarely?

Can I be honest with you? First of all, that little voice is probably not God. And I think these demons are really just messing with you. Stop listening to them. You know what is right, and what is wrong. Read that Bible. Have you been baptised? If you won't tell me what it is they are doing, I can't help you. You can PM me if you don't want everyone else to know, or whatever.

I have a few questions: do you notice this stuff in audible voices, or only when you sleep?

Well. lets just say they make me sin when I sleep. ive been baptised.
So are everyones prayers hardly ever answered?

God doesn't answer everyone's prayers. And God is NOT punishing you, but he might be testing you. Resist the devil and he will flee from you. How offten do you read the Bible?

The reasons I am not going to answer that question with a simple yes or no, is because the demons will probably my answer against you. And everyone here is just trying to help you, and we can't help you if you don't want our help.

God doesn't always answer everyone's prayers because sometimes we ask for things that we would be better off not having.

I hope you do not take offense by what I am about to post: please see your medical doctor to make sure there is nothing physically wrong with you. Then get a referral to a mental health professional.

I completely disagree with what you just posted, as I don't THINK there is anything mentally wrong with him.

The fact that someone has demons following them and telling them to do things raises some red flags.
I meant no offense by my post, and hope he does follow through with a physical exam to rule out a medical problem.
If there is no medical problem, some help from a mental health professional may be a good thing.

Jesus had demons following him around, and telling him to do things as well, do you think he had a mental disorder too?

Jesus was/is God...Plus I never read anything in The Bible which stated: demons followed Jesusall the time.
All the time is what concerns me.

Demons are very real, and they are around us all the time. If he is aware of them, it is because God is revealing them to him, which means he is blessed. Don't look down on him because God has shown him more things of the spirit than he has you.

It's not a matter of "looking down" one someone BigChrisFilm, it's a matter of concern for a human being who may or may not be experiencing a medical problem in their life.
For example: if someone posted: I am thirsty ALL THE TIME, and can't stop going to the bathroom all the time, I would post, go see your doctor it maybe diabetes.
Honestly, I am sorry you have taken offense by my concern for this young man, it was not my intent.

The only thing that he has posted that concerns me, is the part where he said that the demons make him do things, and then he got mad when we asked him what things they make him do. Being able to know there are demons around all of us is not a mental disfunction, and I want you to understand that saying he has a mental disorder is going to turn him away from this forum, and maybe Christianity all together. All I am saying is be carefull before you speak, and no one is going to get upset.

I never stated he had a mental disorder. Only a professional can diagnose that.

catlover I admire your patience. BigChrisfilm calm down, she is trying to help the kid and I don't see anythig condescending about her speech.
TO THE ORIGINAL POSTER:
You want your question answered? Okay. God answers all believer's prayers. Sometimes He says 'Yes', sometimes 'No', and other times 'wait'. You need to put your faith in Christ and trust Him to provide for you, especially when you are in a time of need. Psalms and Proverbs tell us that the righteous have refuge in God. 2 Peter 1:3 says that we as Christians have everything we need for life and godliness.
If you put your faith and trust in CHrist it will be alright. God hears you when you call on Him. Stay strong through your trials and read scripture. Also, it would be wise to find a spiritually mature person to guide and help you. I'll be praying for you.
In Christ,
Greg

guys. im not THAT offended or angry. I just dont like talking about what the demons make me do.
And as for the medical help thing. Ive been to a doctor. and they have no idea whats up with me. And before you say, go see another doctor, lt me point out that Doctors cant prove whether or not you have demons or a mental disorder. Mental Disorder symptoms and symptoms of demons are pretty much the same, for example: visions voices, tasting and smelling things that arent there, and feeling weird feelings on your body.
Every test the doctors have given me has come back normal, and I know these are demons because of the psychic stuff I got into.
I had demonic and psychic power before, so ive seen and experienced things of the spirit world that MANY people havent experienced.
dont worry aobut me leaving christianity, ive been through worse and didnt reject God.
And Moody, thank you for answering my question. it helps to get an answer like taht because the demons tend to play with my mind to prevent me from thinking and recalling things from memory.

You've dabbled with pyschic stuff???
Me too! When I was younger I used to see things before they happened and many times they came true. A lot of other wierd moments and things happened. The way I got rid of it was I stopped focusing on it and I put it out of my mind. I tried my hardest to replace it with godly thoughts...
The hard thing is that most people don't understand. I am praying for you man. What is your name so I can pray for you by name?
In Christ,
Greg

one night, I had a dream that I thought was the actual day. Then I got up the next morning, and everything that happened in my dream, happened in the next day. all day long I was saying, "didnt we do this already?"

It may be that God has something special in store for you to do or to give you. How many of the prophets cried to the Lord because their prayers weren't answered and they were allowed to be persecuted?
Think on this:
"...we must through much tribulation enter into the kingdom of God." -Acts 14:22
It may be that you have come upon a time of testing, just like Job.
Why question it? Just accept it and stay faithfull.
"My brethren, count it all joy when ye fall into divers temptations;" -Jas. 1:2
"Wherein ye greatly rejoice, though now for a season, if need be, ye are in heaviness through manifold temptations:" -1 Pet. 1:6
"The Lord knoweth how to deliver the godly out of temptations," -2 Pet. 2:9
God Bless
Till all are one.
