What does the Orthodox Church teach in regards the human body and the specific topic of male sperm?

And what of donation to a sperm bank?

The "evil male poison" has to go somewhere. :sorry:

Chemical Warfare is forbidden. Accidental escape of poisonous substances has a penalty of 50 prostrations and the recitation of the 50th Psalm.

Chemical Warfare is forbidden.

What exactly do you mean by Chemical Warfare?

By chemical warfare, I think he's talking about oral birth control pills. As for "donations", it's my understanding that artifical insemination or invitro fertilization is not approved, so I think donations would not be acceptable, as it would be used for those types of medical procedures.

You said:

So I adapted your use of the word poison to reference Chemical Weapons, and their illegal use as Chemical Warfare; in other words, as an euphemism of the word that starts with m and ends with bation. :holy:

This is a bit vulgar, so I'll put it in spoiler tags.

Masturbation is a sin, sperm banks are not allowed, and birth control is almost always a no-no. Hope that answered the question

Nickolai: I would've said "grave sin" instead of "sin", but otherwise, with you 100%.

Me and wife are not able to have kids, don't know what's up but we have been trying for long now. What is next?

Please pray for those who are addicted. :(

Ι didn't think Orthodoxy makes such distinctions.

That I agree with.

I do not agree with unnatural methods used in the natural anatomy of the human person.

There is always hope, hubs and I were told the same thing and look at us now. ;) There are doctors who can help.

Oh, and get your priest to annoint you with holy oil. We were annointed with oil from a weeping icon of St Anna. I was pregnant with the twins 3 weeks later.
