Dearest Angels,
I have so many things on my heart today. First and foremost is my desire to serve our Lord and Savior, in all things. I pray for myself, that I will be more of Christ and less of me. :bow: I ask that you pray this over me, as well. Also dear angels, I would ask your prayers of protection over me that no weapon formed against me shall prosper in the physical or spiritual.
Secondly, I want to tell you how much I love and value each of you. Your work here is so wonderful. You bless those you contact, but you also bless yourself by reaching out on behalf of our Savior, Christ Jesus, to a lost and lonely world of people who need Him so desperately. I pray for you, that your work will continue to serve our Father and Savior. Thank you for being a blessing to me. :hug:
Thirdly, I would like to leave a small study of scripture here for you on this day. Please think on it this week as you do your work.
Psalm 100: 1-5
1Make a joyful noise unto the LORD, all ye lands.
2Serve the LORD with gladness: come before his presence with singing.
3Know ye that the LORD he is God: it is he that hath made us, and not we ourselves; we are his people, and the sheep of his pasture.
4Enter into his gates with thanksgiving, and into his courts with praise: be thankful unto him, and bless his name. 5For the LORD is good; his mercy is everlasting; and his truth endureth to all generations.
As we look at these scriptures we see that we are to be joyful in all things. We are to serve the Lord with gladness. Wow.... gladness. What does that mean to you? To me, it means that in everything I do, I should be doing it for our Lord, and in these things, I should have a joyfulness of heart, for the honor of serving my Savior. Do you feel like this when you reach out to others here, angels? I pray that you do. We are so blessed to have this opportunity.
Each week I will try to write a letter for you here. I hope this will help you to feel closer to me, and will strengthen our bond of friendship. I am here, as the Lord's servant, and though my title is Chief Welcoming Angel, I am also here to serve you, my friends.
