From a former mod (Christianity General at about.com) to a newly installed mod (yourself), let me be the first to congratulate you. You have just signed up for the most thankless and frustrating job in the world. Good luck, you're gonna need it. Oh and keep a bottle of Asprin handy. I understand you can get headaches from banging your head against the keyboard repeatedly. I never had that problem though, I just banned people when they got too out of line or annoying. LOL

I served as a mod on this MB for a time and I offer a word (or two) of advice, if you're interested. Please don't view this calling as an opportunity for power or prestige but, instead, approach it humbly, knowing that you are more a servant now that you were prior to your appointment. Also, many will presume that your position implies that you speak for Christianity so, in all things, consider your words before you throw them out there for public consumption.
