So...here's something interesting (and will probably be deleted shortly)
I confronted someone here that has a history of trying to make people believe God supports homosexuality.
Funny thing is...I seem to remember a little story about Jesus confronting the pharasees and calling them a brood of vipers...
I guess that means Jesus probably should have been shut up too...I mean, he was directing statements at them personally.

If you study the bible God doesn't support Homosexuality .. If you truly are ignorant of the facts then I will allow you to stay ignorant till you truly are ready to receive the facts...
Jesus was persecuted just like the church of Christ will always be persecuted. Every Pharisee (Or the majority of the Pharisee's ) Were against Jesus and there for they were the ones for the cause of his death.. So in the end Jesus was "Silenced" by the Pharisee's but this silence only lasted 3 days. Then he rose again .. So the truth is you will face persecution if you truly believe , and have faith in Christ.
The only way to do this is to give up your past life and embrace him.. It is a hard road to becoming a Christian but it is so worth it.
When you are a homosexual and claim to be a Christian you live a lie I would know personally I have had homosexual tendency's and embraced them once or twice.. I how ever don't any more and I regret doing what I did in the first place. This is because God is the almighty righteous Judge and I came under his fury.. All I could do was ask for forgiveness and he forgave me .. then I felt a weight being lifted off my shoulders. This was a daily forgiveness long ago though I accepted him into my heart.. I was 8 or 9 and I got called to the pew's and I went up there and accepted him into my heart. So tech. You can be homo and a Christian but in reality and in spirituality you cant. The reason being is you wont truly have Christ and you will always have that Weight on your shoulder's until you can ask for true forgiveness of your sins.
That is my views on what you said.. and I hope it helped.

Helpme...your response seems missaimed at SteelDisciple.
In the end I think we need to look at who Jesus came for (the sick) and what our response is when interacting with the world.
It's clear that homosexuality is the modern day leprosy, in terms of the average Christian response.

If you think about it Leprosy is a physical disease and homosexuality is a choice.
With Leprosy the person that had Leprosy and those people around the person that had it were Ignorant of the reason they got it. Leprosy is hereditary I believe and it is still considered a Plague even though it is non contagious
Homosexuality does not relate at all to Leprosy Homosexuality was around at the time Leprosy was what you consider Leprosy .. So the homosexual people are still in the same state they were in the time of Jesus as they were in the time of Sodom and Ghmora
Homosexuality is contagious how ever.. The reason being is that homosexual people hang around Heterosexuality people long enough and a sexuality change is likely to take place.
Homosexuality should be considered wrong in our Society and in schools they should not teach that it is ok to be homo they should teach it is wrong.. The main reason is not only health issues but it is also immoral.

I compare them strictly in how some Christians treat homosexuals, like how some jews treated lepers.

What is the purpose of this thread? To talk about what God says about homosexuality? "If a man also lie with mankind, as he lieth with a woman, both of them have committed an abomination: they shall surely be put to death; their blood shall be upon them." Leviticus 20:13 Or to aliviate your conscience for having voiced your stand on it, to someone who did not agree?
