If i pray for stuff god gives me it. I dont like asking alot though. I prayed for snow and then it snowed. I prayed that i would pass my chemistry tes and then i did. Does it count as a miricle?

Don't tell all your neighbors YOU prayed for snow:)
As far as the chemestry test. Only you could answer that.
Sometimes He does'nt answer our prayers (the way we expected)
Sometimes no answer is the answer.
Sometimes He just makes us wait.
Glad to hear God is good to you.

It happens to all of us. Miracles? I don't know. I always look at it as God looking down and winking at me. Its like a parent who gives a child a treat for no reason except the child looked so cute when they asked. I just unexpectedly had a prayer answered. I only asked for it once, and forgot about it, and today, I got just what I asked for. God gives us good gifts if we ask within His will.

Miracle? Depends how bad you were doing in chemistry. lol
God answers our prayers according to his perfect will. Sometimes we get a "no" when we pray for something, that is when we will have to trust that God is in control and knows what is best for us.

perspective .... 30-40-60 years ago , the life we live would be considered a miracle ... open heart surgery , surgery on unborn infants , roads , airplanes , medicine , electricity , computers .... all started as a word of knowledge or wisdom (1 cor 12 )
many things we explain away as luck , happenstance , coincidence , fate ... expecting some thing stupendous like the parting of the red sea or the damascus road or the storm on the lake ...
when we stack it just happened to be at this point at this time at this place on this day together ... it is an epiphany ... a close encounter of the God kind , the miraculous
one said a wink , a hug ... amen ! God loves us just like our folks ... most things they do , most stupendous , is to make us feel wanted , needed , or appreciated ... sowing a little seed of faith in us ... and from a little acorn , grows a mighty oak ..
if we cannot give credit and rejoice for all we have , taking past miracles for granted , why would he bless us with new miracles , until we thank him for the ones each day .... ran a red light and no ticket or accident ; messed up at work and no discipline ; lost our temper and not bolt from heaven ; hot and needed a little breesze and it rained ...

Sometimes we should be careful what we wish for - we just may get it.

I'll tell you what a good friend once told me;
A test is a test. I doesn't matter how hard you pray to God, If you didn't study, you're not going to pass.
I used to be like that. (lol) "O Dear Heavenly Father, supernaturally impose upon me the wisdom I need to pass the test". You had the chance to do that last night. But instead of studying, you were buzy playing Halo.
As for snow, send some of that my way! It RAINED on Christmas Day! (Not that I'm complaining; Rain helps me sleep)
I havn't seen a white Christmas in 5 years!

LOL - we can use some rain too. Maybe when you're done with it, you can send it over to us? thanks. lol
I can't agree MORE on the study to pass a test.
If you didn't bother to study or didn't apply yourself to KNOW the material, you wouldn't have passed it.

That hits close to home. Let me tell you a story...
Last June, I was sitting in my car at lunch studying for a final that I was to take that night. I prayed the same prayer that probably every student prays; that desperate sick feeling of no matter how much you studied, you are still going to fail unless God helps you. While I was sitting there, my sister-in-law called to tell me that my husband had been in a terrible accident. (The accident had happened two days earlier, but no one had contacted us) I rushed back to work, began making calls, one of which was to my professor to explain that I would not be able to take the exam. I left the next day to be by my husband's side. He was in the hospital out of state for nearly a month. When I returned home in July, I had an e-mail from my professor telling me that he had "accidentally" given me an A for the class, and I did not have to worry about taking the final exam.
Now, this was the least miracle that God performed for me and my husband this past summer, but God did not forget even my least prayer about that exam. God answers ALL prayers, and you are right, they may be answered in a way that you might not expect.

wow!
We've been tangled up in a property line issue and the Lord MIRACULOUSLY has the title ins. company stepping in for us legally and financially.
They took over the entire case that will probably go to litigation & we pay NOTHING.
 thank you Lord.
The reason I made that post is because I asked for & desired the wrong thing (our wants aren't oftentimes what GOD wants for us) -
Well, He gave me my prayer, and it nearly wiped me out; spiritually and physically.
But, GOD was there & rescued me... FROM MYSELF. :help:

I can't even count the times I've prayed for things and gotten them...
I've been tight on money and wondered where the rent money would come from, only to get an $800 check out of the blue. Or a refund. Or a box of food from a friend going on vacation... You get the idea.
I've been overwhelmed with work and convinced there's no way to finish, only to find myself done with time to spare.
I've also got the answer "no" to my prayers -- people I've wanted to hang on to have died anyway, etc.
But I feel provided for. I work hard to provide for myself, of course, but when it comes down to it, I know that if something goes wrong, things will still turn out all right. I'll at the least have a couch to sleep on and some food in my stomach.
