Formal Debate Invite: Same Sex Marriges. Are they right or wrong? I believe they're wrong, and should not be performed in any church. Would anyone like to arrange to debate with me on this? I'm looking for a one one one debate, ten posts per side, this includes the Opening Statement, 8 rebuttals, 1 Conclusion each post no longer than 5000 words, opening statements to be started in two days, on Saturday, Pacific time, with a maximum of three days between responses, using scripture as an outside source, as defined in the rules.

Do you intend to debate from a moral point of view (are they right or wrong, on a universal, ethical level) or from the point of view of civil law (is it right or wrong for a particular country to perform them, and, if so, which country)?

Ah yes. I should have been a little bit more clear. I want to debate on whether or not churches that call themselves Christian should be performing them. This is not to debate what should or shouldn't be allowed by law, but rather just what morally should or shouldn't be done.
