like what aspect of the priesthood? it's hard to know what you're fishing for if all you post is a one-sentence question. a classic is St John Chrysostom's On the Priesthood, available from SVS Press. Fr Alexander Schmemann's The Eucharist and For the Life of the World are about the sacramental life and thus by extension the priesthood. you might also find profitable the diaries of certain priests, like the excellent My Life in Christ by St John of Kronstadt, as well as the more modern Diary of a Russian Priest by Fr Aleksandr Elchaninov and the journals of Fr Alexander Schmemann. Noting the honorifics associated with the authors, you can judge the relative attention you should pay, but they only discuss the issue of the priesthood tangentially.
