When I was a Roman Catholic, a family that I knew had a book of intentions for which they offered their Rosaries each night. I took up this idea and created a book of Rosary Intentions. Now that I am converting to Holy Orthodoxy, could I still use the book? Could I offer a candle each night at Vespers for all the intentions in the book? Becuase if I mentioned them all at Vespers I would be there after the priest had finished the service.

Would it be okay to keep a book of prayer intentions like this, and during prayer time pray "for all the intentions in my book"? Changing of course the words "Catholic faith" to "Orthodox faith" in the intentions for people's conversions.

As this is a question about your prayer life you must ask your priest for guidance.

Without making any judgement on your practice I will simply suggest that you consider reading Papa-Nicholas Planas:The Simple Shepherd of the Simple Sheep.
Saint Nicholas Planas would spend hours at the liturgy commemorating the names that people would give him. Once you gave him a name - he carried it for the rest of his life and recited it at every Liturgy.

I think that as some point we all save time by making blanket statements. I know I do when I simply pray for "My family and friends". It was very inspiring for me to read about this wonderful Priest who faithfully would read each individual name aloud and kept them so well.
