:help: I got a call from my daughter (the Marine) today...she's so upset.
She worked for 2 years before even signing her DEP papers to get into the USMC Band playing her french horn, not to mention Boot, the Crucible and everything else she's put ehrself through to earn that title and EGA of Marine...
A few weeks ago she donated blood, the next day she fainted...and then yesterday she had the flu (or food poisoning if you count the numbers in medical for the same symptoms and all having eaten at the chow hall) so she didn't eat yesterday, just clear liquids, and passed out again this morning..
They took her to the hospital and they're now saying she has a problem with the nerve that regulates her heart and blood pressure???
She's devastated that she may be discharged from the Corps...it's all she's ever wanted to do since she was a sophomore in high school...and while we'll accept G-d's will in this....my main concern is her health...anything to do with the heart is serious... I'm hoping it's just a misdiagnosis since both times she's fainted she's not had a lot of nutrients...blood loss etc...
But, please, pray for my grown baby girl...
Thanks

Amen to this.
Praying that it will be something minor and she will be able to stay in the MC if that is her wish. Praying that you will find peace in this matter and that God's hand will be on your daughter and your family. In Jesus name amen & :amen:

Good news!!!!!
There's nothing wrong with my daughter's heart...
AND she gets to stay in the Corps...
apparently the corpsman that examined her ignored the fact that she'd given blood the first time she passed out, adn hadn't eaten solid food for 2 days before the 2nd time she passed out...
So all those tests and notta thing wrong with her! Praise Abba!!!!!
phew! I've been sitting on pins and needles for this news...patience is a virtue....but in situations like this I was really tested...
Thanks everyone for *all* of your prayers :)
