She's just an amazing example of how you all can help our fellow members.

Let's congratulate her on great work, and then do our best to match up to it. Ruth is a unique individual with her own manner of doing things, and I don't expect each of you to be exactly like her. I think you're all doing a fabulous job, but I wanted to point to Ruth as an example of what you can do if you put your mind to it.

Well I've encouraged each coordinator to teach you to keep track of your work, but I do know that each of you (and your coordinators) have your own style. Ruth is just very meticulous. So you just do what feels best for you, as long as you have some way of showing your work. It helps, because then you can get all kinds of kudo's for the great things you do. You're a very hard worker yourself FHG. :hug:
