JERUSALEM (AP) - In a landmark ruling, Israel's Supreme Court ordered the government Tuesday to recognize same-sex marriages performed abroad.

The lone dissenter on the seven-judge panel was an observant Jew, highlighting the controversy the decision immediately touched off among ultra-Orthodox Jews and other conservative groups in Israel.

Efforts by Israel's gay community to win approval for same-sex marriage, a key issue in the U.S. and Europe, face a major obstacle because Israel's religious authorities have a monopoly over marriage and divorce.

Shalom Alecheim

In the advent of a Pro-Torah Observant Society it is a message and a reminder why many and why few should always BE OBSERVANT of Lifestyle Choices that proffer an alternative to a Pro-Unversalist appeal like Israel is doing.

From the Youth Parties in the Sinai...If you go over border there are drugs, free sex and perversion undreamed of by some of the Liberal Humanistic Zionist from Russia to the Pig slaughter house for Russian Immigrants IN Jerusalem, the Abominations are ever more evident and accepted by Israeli as "live and let live" is a formula for disaster if you beleive in a Personal G-d.

The reason WHY Torah is NOT done away with is Judgement.

Pure and simple.

We can debate cause and effect of salvation and lifestyle choice as Messianic Expression and whether a Beleiver accept or reject a Interpretation of Brit Chadasha based on Historical and exegesical constancy or recreate a methodology or adapt one to our liking but G-d is G-d and Sin is still rebellion and needs absolution, or forgiveness or judgement.

Is it not the Mizvot to Pray Always, Do we not daven daily?, should we not Pray Peave Come to Jerusalem?

Or are we of a tallitot that drags the ground and not the crown of his brow?

Should and is there not a prayer for Judgement come and yes begin with me and forgive, but go to and rise as a Lion of Judah and Cleanse the Land not of heathen but sometimes of we who are Klal Yisrael for the depth of depravity has yielded it's final assualt?

Adulterous my land was called and my people, we have at times joined G-d to a Harlot and made the bride to be as the heathen have done, but the Land and the House, the Heart and the Flesh, do they not need to be destroyed and re-born?

For the Sake of the Believers, the Ones I know personally who cry in Talpiyot and Jerusalem, who refuse to stand on divisivness but call out from Jerusalem, from the very Mount of ha Shem.

May they never falter or faint but continue as the remnant and though we in America fail or fall or Stand in the Dark in the hour that approaches I pray:

".. take up every piece of war equipment God provides so that when the evil day comes, you will be able to resist and when the battle is won, you will still be standing. Therefore stand! Have the belt of truth buckled around your waist, put on righteousness for a breastplate, and wear on your feet the readiness that comes from the Good News of shalom. Always carry the shield of trust, with which you will be able to extinguish all the flaming arrows of the Evil one. And take the helmet of deliverance along with the sword of the spirit that is the word of God. "

Soon natsal, soon Hosha Na, but till that day when we see messiah again face to face.....What we do war against in our Soul and Spirit to seek Emet and Ha shem as we grow... Will one day be required by our sacrifice and life.

Doom? or Desire? Oh how I wish these days were shortened even more that we see those who Stand.....Still standing with The Almighty in the Spirit and proclaiming and abiding though our very loved ones may be removed from us and though we might have to choose Life and compromise......or Death and Faithfulness.

To this I say we are born and are trained to one day prove and approve, Messiah and our individual unique and distinctive faith.

We will rise as light and I thank G-d we do as we see.....Even Israeli .....fall away......

Pray for Klal Yisrael and in so doing ALL the brethren Jew and Gentile.

Alecheim Not shalom for this but Moshiach.

I saw :(

No words... just a very greived heart.

This is my home, where my heart is, though I haven't yet set foot there, and I see it become as scripture says "Spiritual sodom and gomorrah, where the prophets were slain".. :(

This is the beginning of the end I will say. Church (christianity) will finally have to really separate itself from the world around them. The homosexuality issue is just the beginning of the spiritual warfare about to take place on believers. I recently read an article on CNN which said:

"Despite what you might have read, heard or been taught throughout your churchgoing life, homosexuality is, in fact, determined at birth and is not to be condemned by G-d's followers."

But more disturbing is what these non-believers are saying about what Yeshua taught:

"For those who have lingering doubts, dust off your Bibles and take a few hours for yourself with the teachings of Jesus. You won't find a single reference to homosexuality. There aer teachings on money, lust, revenge, divorce, fasting and a thousand other things but there is nothing on homosexuality. Strange, don't you think, if being gay is such a moral threat?

On the other hand, Jesus spent a lot of time talking about how we should treat each other and he made clear it is not our role to judge. It's G-d's..."

Apparently everything is permissible. The word's of G-d's bible are to be ignored unless Yeshua specifically restated them.

The final statement though is the most scary.

"The suffering that gay and lesbian people have endured at the hands of religion is incalculable, but they can look expectantly to the future for vindication. Scientific facts, after all, are a stubborn thing. Even our religious beliefs must finally yield to them."

The sadest thing about this is that it is written supposedly by a Baptist minister. A man who heads a congregation of "g-d fearers". This evil is inflitrating the church in mega doses.
