Here is the latest I can gather:
http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,230739,00.html
3 students killed, not 4. The bus crashed headlong into the street below-- 30 feet from where it was, and apparently had swerved to not hit a car?
Confirmed: car that was involved located! http://www.myfoxal.com/myfox/pages/Home/Detail?contentId=1542921&version=21&locale=EN-US&layoutCode=TSTY&pageId=1.1.1
Police Chief Rex Reynolds said a car apparently came close to or struck the bus, causing it to plow through the concrete rail on the elevated section of I-565 and crash onto Church Street below. Police spokesman Wendell Johnson said an orange Toyota Celica driven by another Lee High School student was the only other vehicle involved in the school bus wreck. Investigators have spoken with the car's driver as well as witnesses. Johnson said investigators were initially concerned that another car might also have been involved and would need to be located, but that was later ruled out....
The police chief identified the high school students who died at
the scene as Christina Collier, 18, and Nicole Ford, 17. Huntsville Hospital CEO David Spillers said a third, Tanesha Hill, whose age was not immediately available, died at the hospital from her injuries.
I am assuming that since the names and ages have been released on these two, and the name on the third - means that the families have been told.
Please be in prayer for all involved. This is sincerely tragic.

Police are still investigating, and talking to the driver of the bus who is alert. They think one of the students who was driving his/her car may have either been driving too close or clipped the bus causing the accident. No word on charges.
Three students are critical and three have passed away.
